This 12V 12Ah LiFePO4 battery is a pretty solid little power pack. It small and light, but do notlet that fool you?it packs a punch. I have been using it for random trips to juice up my phone, headlamp, and flashlight. It has been great for keeping electronics charged when we off the grid. I also tried it as a backup power source for my UPS system during a recent storm. It worked like a champ! The battery seems well-built and the waterproof feature is a big plus for outdoor adventures.

I've created some home made power banks with a simple USB/lighter outlet and LiFePO4 batteries. This battery is a 12AH battery that can put out some decent amps. LiFePO4 batteries last longer than lead acid ones and are much lighter. They put out full 12VDC power for a longer time, not dropping in voltage much.

I charge this in my truck camper, either while driving, or with the solar panels. I can carry this anywhere for powering lights, music, or charging phones and devices. This works great for this purpose and is much lighter/ less expensive than the more popular "solar generators" with the solar chargers and inverters inside the unit.

I am using this battery for a remote Wi-Fi security camera. For me this was the perfect addition. I had to recharge the camera every two weeks because it is in a high traffic area. This has been running 45 days and remains fully charged. This is a great size battery for this use and probably any hobby use. I will probably buy one or two more of these as it allows me to charge the Wi-Fi cameras in place without moving or unmounting them.
