Q2: Why launch the 48V 100Ah server rack battery V2 version? What’s different from V1?
After Will Prowse tested our V1 rack battery, we took the feedback seriously and went back to refine the platform. V2 is the result—focused on improved long-term consistency and a better overall ownership experience.
Q3: Parallel batteries can be tricky—what have you done to improve this?
You’re right: many lithium battery brands run into parallel behavior quirks in real-world setups. We listened to what users were experiencing and introduced a Parallel Mode option to help manage parallel operation more smoothly.Additionally, on Bluetooth models, you can control the battery on/off through the app, giving you more control over your system—especially when managing multiple batteries.
Q4: What have you done about parallel-system usability on Bluetooth models?
