1. What is a WattCycle Member?

A WattCycle Member is a registered user of our rewards program. Members earn points ("WattPoints") on eligible purchases and activities, which can be redeemed for discounts, exclusive products, or special perks.

2. Is membership free?

Yes! Joining the WattCycle Membership Program is completely free of charge. No fees or minimum spending requirements apply.

3. How do I join?

4. Do cross-platform purchases earn points?

No! Only customers who place orders on the official website are allowed to accumulate points through consumption.

5. Do points expire?

WattPoints expire after 12 months of account inactivity (no point-earning or redemption activity). Active members maintain points indefinitely.

6. Can I transfer points to another account?

No. WattPoints are non-transferable between accounts and may only be redeemed by the account holder.

7. Can I merge points from multiple accounts?

Yes, upon request. Contact service@wattcycle.com with proof of identity for both accounts. Merged accounts will retain the earliest join date and combined points balance.

8. Can I combine discount redemptions with other promotions?

Generally no. Redeemed WattPoints discounts cannot be stacked with:

1) Site-wide percentage discounts (e.g., "30% OFF" promotions)
2) Bundle deals
3) Limited-time coupon codes

9. Do taxes and shipping fees earn points?

  • Shipping Fees: No, points are earned on merchandise subtotals only.
  • Taxes: No, points are calculated pre-tax.

10. How can I check my points balance?

Log in to your account on wattcycle.com or the mobile app.

11. What happens to points if I cancel or return an order?

  • Canceled Orders: Points will never be deducted if canceled before shipment.
  • Returns/Refunds: Points earned from returned items will be automatically deducted from your account within 48 hours. If insufficient points exist, future earnings will offset the balance.

12. How do I merge duplicate accounts?

Submit a request to service@wattcycle.com with:

  • Email/phone numbers of all accounts to merge
  • Your preferred primary account email
  • Government ID matching names on all accounts

Note: Points balances may take 3-5 business days to consolidate after verification.
